Required Documents

To apply for a course at Greenfield College, applicants must submit supporting documents so the admissions team can assess eligibility for the chosen program.

Providing complete and accurate documentation helps ensure that your application is processed efficiently.

All documents must be clear, legible copies. If documents are not in English, they must be accompanied by certified English translations.

Applicants must provide valid identification documents, including:

  • copy of passport (photo page)
  • national identification card (if applicable)

The passport must be valid for the duration of the student’s planned study period in Australia.

Applicants must provide evidence of all their previous education. These documents may include:

  • academic transcripts
  • graduation certificates or diplomas
  • secondary school completion certificates
  • higher education qualifications (if applicable)

These documents help confirm that the applicant meets the academic entry requirements for the selected course.

International students may be required to provide evidence of English language proficiency.

Accepted evidence may include results from recognised English language tests such as:

  • IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
  • PTE Academic
  • TOEFL iBT
  • Cambridge English

Equivalent evidence may be accepted where applicable.

Depending on the course and applicant circumstances, additional documents may be requested. These may include:

  • curriculum vitae (CV) or resume
  • employment reference letters
  • portfolio or evidence of relevant work experience
  • completed Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment

Applicants will be informed if additional documentation is required.

  • Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
  • Genuine Student (GS) supporting documents
  • Financial evidence

Students should check the latest visa requirements on the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs website.
Please note: This is not migration advise and acts as a guide to allow students to prepare beforehand for documentation only.

All required documents should be submitted along with the Greenfield College Application Form.

Applications can be submitted:

  • via email to the admissions team
