Required Documents
To apply for a course at Greenfield College, applicants must submit supporting documents so the admissions team can assess eligibility for the chosen program.
Providing complete and accurate documentation helps ensure that your application is processed efficiently.
All documents must be clear, legible copies. If documents are not in English, they must be accompanied by certified English translations.
Identification Documents
Applicants must provide valid identification documents, including:
- copy of passport (photo page)
- national identification card (if applicable)
The passport must be valid for the duration of the student’s planned study period in Australia.
Academic Documents
Applicants must provide evidence of all their previous education. These documents may include:
- academic transcripts
- graduation certificates or diplomas

- higher education qualifications (if applicable)

English Language Evidence
International students may be required to provide evidence of English language proficiency.
Accepted evidence may include results from recognised English language tests such as:

Equivalent evidence may be accepted where applicable.
Additional Supporting Documents

- completed Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment

Student Visa Documents

- Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
- Genuine Student (GS) supporting documents
- Financial evidence
