Is Greenfield College registered to deliver courses to international students? 

Yes. Greenfield College is registered to deliver courses to international students under the CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) framework. 

This means the college complies with the ESOS Act and the National Code 2018, ensuring quality education and student protection. 

Admissions

To apply for a course at Greenfield College, you can: 

Submit an application through the college website, or 

Apply through an approved education agent. 

Once your application is received, the admissions team will review your documents and, if successful, issue a Letter of Offer and Student Agreement. 

Applicants may be required to provide: 

passport copy 

previous academic transcripts 

English language test results (if required) 

completed application form 

Additional documentation may be requested depending on the course. 

English language requirements vary depending on the course level. 

For most vocational courses, students are typically required to demonstrate an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent. 

For English language courses, students may enter different levels depending on their current English proficiency. 

Fees and Payments

Course fees vary depending on the qualification. Tuition fees, enrolment fees, and any materials fees will be clearly outlined in your Offer Letter and Student Agreement before enrolment. 

Students should review these documents carefully before accepting their offer. 

Students can pay their fees through approved payment methods such as: 

bank transfer 

electronic funds transfer 

other payment methods advised by the college 

Payment instructions will be provided in the invoice issued by Greenfield College. 

Yes. Tuition fees are usually paid in instalments according to the payment schedule outlined in the Student Agreement. 

Student Life

Yes. Greenfield College offers a range of student support services to help students succeed in their studies and adjust to life in Australia. 

Support services may include: 

academic support 

language, literacy and numeracy assistance 

personal wellbeing support 

accommodation guidance

Students can contact the Student Support team if they require assistance during their studies. 

While the college does not directly provide accommodation, staff can assist students by providing information and guidance about accommodation options available in the local area. 

International students studying on a student visa may work in accordance with Australian Government visa conditions. 

Students should check the latest information from the Department of Home Affairs regarding permitted work hours. 

Course Information

Course durations vary depending on the qualification. Most vocational courses run between 52 weeks and 104 weeks, while English language courses are delivered in shorter levels.

Yes. Students who successfully complete all course requirements will receive the relevant qualification issued by Greenfield College. 

Qualifications delivered by Greenfield College are nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). 

Yes. Students may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if they have relevant work experience or previous training. 

Applications will be assessed in accordance with the college’s RPL policy. 

Visa and International Students

International students must hold a valid Australian student visa to study full-time in Australia. 

Students should ensure they meet all visa requirements before travelling to Australia. 

Yes. International students studying in Australia must maintain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of their student visa.
